Tiles and modules.
All the modular borders with a repeating pattern are also offered as tiles that can be assembled to create borders of any proportion.

Graphic Elements
Beside the borders and/or the illuminated letters, many of our collections include, parts (large and small) that have been extracted from the same design. Those parts, that I like to call “graphic elements”, are sometimes really useful and fast to use in the creation of thematically decorated pages or organic multi-page publications.
We don’t use any of the advanced features of Adobe Illustrator like: blends, meshes, compound paths, auto-trace (God save our printers from this one), live paint, etc.
Our graphics print always as intended without costly “surprises” and can be opened with older versions of the software.
If there is a shape that includes a “hole” through which the background or other objects are visible (ex: the letter “O”), we draw it as two separated objects to avoid compound paths. "Stone Age" you may think? But our drawings always print from any printer.

All our drawings are composed of closed paths (shapes of solid colors).

We strongly believe that auto-trace tools and plug-ins, as well as vectorizing software and utilities, simply do not belong to the desk of a serious artist. I would like to say “drafting table”, but today drafting tables are gone.

Our prices
“Dulcis in fundo” (the sweet at the end). Why do our CD collections sell for $39.00 to $79.00 while more or less “comparable” work from other studios sell for 100 to 400 dollars?. There are many reasons. First, we don’t believe in highway robbery. Second, we believe that building a solid relationship with our customers through a reasonable pricing strategy is the best way to market our artwork.. Most of our sales are from loyal, repeat customers, many of whom have acquired the complete collection of our works and who patiently await each new release.
Finally, though not least of all reasons; I wanted to make our work affordable and available for everyone: from the designer and the editor to the teacher and student, from Renaissance Faire participants to those who simply want to make their own marriage invitations or Christmas letters and cards, write their stories, create their own diplomas and certificates-- you name it. Our CDs are accessible to anyone who owns a computer and a printer.

Clip Art CDs that sell for 400 dollars are not for everyone.
